About Ivy

Ivy Harris is a certified PK–12 Pennsylvania School Counselor and trusted educational consultant with over 17 years of experience guiding students and families through pivotal academic and life transitions. Holding an Educational Specialist Certification (Code 1839) in Elementary and Secondary School Counseling, Ivy is qualified to support the academic, career, and social-emotional development of students from preschool through 12th grade.

A former tenured school counselor and Director of Community Life, Ivy is known for her empathetic, culturally responsive approach to student wellness. She has led IEP meetings, interpreted cognitive and achievement assessments, coordinated career exploration and work-based learning programs, and designed classroom guidance lessons that foster resilience, confidence, and belonging.

Through her consulting practice, Ivy Harris Educational Solutions, she helps families navigate private school placement, 504/IEP plans, college preparation, and transition years with clarity and compassion. Her work empowers schools to retain students, strengthen community, and align wellness supports with academic success. Ivy’s deep belief in equity and access informs every aspect of her work. Whether she’s leading a parent workshop, mentoring a student, or building a school partnership, Ivy brings insight, strategy, and heart to every consultation.
